About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website, your communications with us, and our text messaging program. VenStart.AI is operated by DalTek Holdings LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as VenStart.AI ("we," "us," or "our").
Client engagements are governed by a separate written service agreement. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the service agreement controls.
What we do
VenStart.AI builds and manages AI-powered back-office automation for small home service businesses — handyman, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and similar trades — across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. Our work includes:
- AI invoice assistant — business owners send job details by text and receive drafted invoices back for review and approval, replacing hours of nightly paperwork.
- Invoice delivery — once the owner approves a draft, the finished invoice is delivered to their customer on their behalf.
- Pricing intelligence — drafts reflect each owner's own historical pricing and writing style, derived from their own past invoices.
- Ongoing managed service — we configure, host, monitor, and support the automation so the owner doesn't have to.
We are a service provider, not a bookkeeper, accountant, attorney, or tax advisor. Outputs our systems generate are drafts for the business owner to review. The owner reviews and approves every invoice before it reaches their customer, and remains responsible for the accuracy of what they send and for their own pricing, tax, and licensing obligations.
Our SMS messaging program
Program description
We operate a transactional, non-marketing text messaging program. It is used for two things: responding to people who ask us to contact them, and exchanging job details and draft invoices with active clients through the assistant we build for them.
We do not send promotional or marketing text messages, and we do not text people who have not asked to hear from us.
How you opt in
You give consent in one of two ways:
- You submit our contact form, provide your phone number, and check the box agreeing to be contacted by phone, text, or email about your request.
- You enroll as a client and are assigned an assistant number as part of onboarding.
Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time and we will stop texting you. Reply HELP for assistance. You can also call or email us using the details at the bottom of this page.
Using this website
You agree to use this site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false information through our forms. The content, design, and materials on this site are owned by DalTek Holdings LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Estimates and figures on this site
Any calculators, ranges, or example figures shown on this site are illustrative only. They are not quotes, guarantees, or predictions of results for your business. Actual outcomes depend on your operations, your pricing, and factors outside our control.
Client data and confidentiality
We treat client operating data — pricing, invoices, customer records, business practices — as confidential. Each client's data is kept isolated to that client's own service. We do not pool one client's confidential information to benefit another, including competitors in the same market.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DalTek Holdings LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or our services, including lost profits or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services evolve. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
